RAM dues invoices for 2026 will be emailed in January.  The email is generated by our website/database hosted by MemberClicks and comes from [email protected]. 

If you follow the "Click here to view this invoice" link at the end of the message,  you may pay directly through our secure payment portal with a credit card.   A pdf of your invoice will also be attached to this email, if you prefer to mail a check to our office in Boston.

Hard copies of your invoice will be mailed to the business address we have on file the end of January in case you miss it.

Unit Pricing Regulation
Changes Now Final

Throughout 2025, RAM was actively engaged with the Division of Standards (DOS) and the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) on a redraft of the state’s Unit Pricing regulation, 202 CMR 5.00, following Gov. Healey’s launch of a statewide regulatory review process in January. 
 
RAM worked closely with the DOS to eliminate unnecessary burdens in the old regulation and to update and streamline the regulation to get closer to the uniform national standards and guidelines, including for the allowance of electronic shelf labels. The updated regulation is now final and can be found here.
 
The changes took effect on 12/5/25. A 120-day concurrency period is now running through 3/7/26, to allow business a period to review and make any transitions. During this time the Division plans to reach out to all businesses operating under a current waiver to begin any process necessary to adjust for compliance. It is expected that the Division will receive and reassess any variance requests in the spring.
