My name is Kelsey Hopkins, and I am a PhD student at Michigan State University conducting research on the U.S. domestic meat and poultry supply chain for my dissertation. I am emailing you because you are a U.S. meat or poultry retailer. I would greatly appreciate your input for my study. 

Below you will find a link to a 15-20 minute survey designed to obtain important information from U.S. retail stores that sell meat and poultry products. Retail stores include supermarkets, independent grocers, butcher shops, delis, and convenience stores. I am looking for responses from meat or deli managers, meat and poultry procurement managers, or similar directors of operations at your store; if this is not your role, please forward this email to the appropriate representative. This survey is focused on assessing your store’s perspectives on offering different meat and poultry products.
