INTRODUCING PERSONIFY HEALTH: NEW WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR 2025

Dear Member, Thank you for your continued support and participation in the Retailers Association of Massachusetts Health Insurance Cooperative (RAMHIC). This message is to notify you of upcoming changes being made to RAMHIC’s sponsored wellness offering. Starting January 1, 2025, RAMHIC will begin its transition to a new wellness offering administered by Personify Health. Following the 2025 renewal of your health benefits plan, please look for an email from RAM with additional information about the new program, including instructions on how you and your covered employees may register on the online platform and participate in the program to receive available financial incentives. Members will also be provided with updated cooperative terms and conditions which reflect the changes being made and outline the participation requirements of the program. For members currently enrolled in a RAMHIC plan that includes the Healthy Actions wellness offering with anniversary dates ranging from January to September, you will continue to utilize that program for the remainder of your current plan year.
For anniversary dates ranging from October to December, the Healthy Actions program end date will be September 30, 2025. Early participation is strongly encouraged to ensure full program utilization, including access to available financial incentives. All reward card funds earned through participation of Healthy Actions must be used by December 31, 2025—with no exceptions. After December 31, 2025 funds will no longer be available.
