2023 Membership Dues Invoices

 

REMINDER:  RAM dues are required for a business to maintain their eligibility in benefit programs offered by the association. Most RAM members participate in either RAM's self-insured Retail Merchants Workers Compensation Group administered by Cove Risk or in RAM's Health Insurance Cooperative (RAMHIC) administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA). Over the summer members with unpaid 2023 dues invoices will be notified of their pending benefit cancellation if these dues are not paid.

Invoices have been emailed multiple times since January.  Please note these emails comes from the address: [email protected]. All members can then pay online via credit card by clicking the link in the email to “Pay this Invoice.”   Members using this link will not need to log into the RAM website to pay their dues.

If you have not received an email with your invoice, please email [email protected] to request that your dues invoice be resent to you.

Members without email on file will receive a hard copy of your invoice in the mail.  If you receive both, please pay only once.  All members have the option to pay online or by check via mail. 

To login into the RAM website, click member login at the top of www.retailersma.org.  Username is typically the first initial and last name of the contact person on the account.  Once you are in your business page, click on the "My Profile" link to access your invoice.  If you have any questions about our website or your RAM membership, please do not hesitate to contact RAM’s Membership Director, Andi Shea, at [email protected] or at 617-523-1900 X 150.
