Paid Family and Medical Leave Survey
The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) is seeking feedback from employers regarding their experience navigating the state’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Program by completing this short survey. All responses will remain anonymous and will be utilized during DFML’s upcoming business community forum on Wednesday, October 8th to frame discussions around opportunities for program improvement. As RAM continues to advocate for employer friendly changes to the program, it is important that regulators hear the perspective of employers like you. RAM urges members to complete the survey. Members may also send comments directly to RAM General Counsel Ryan Kearney at [email protected] and we will relay your concerns to DFML at the business community forum.
