RAM Fixed Rate Electricity Supply Program 

 The Retailers Association of Massachusetts (RAM) continues to partner with electricity broker Freedom Energy Logistics (FEL) to secure Fixed Rate Electric Supply Pricing for members.    

The fixed rate program is designed to protect your business against unexpected price fluctuations commonly experienced in the electricity market.  This allows members to confidently budget their annual electricity costs. 

Request a Quote

1. To request a quote members may forward to RAM a copy of their current utility bill for each meter they wish to enroll;  
2. FEL will then generate a quote and prepare a contract offer for your consideration; 
3. Members must then sign and return all pages of the contract to RAM for enrollment;
4. If applicable, members should also submit a Sales Tax Exemption Form ST 13.  For more information on whether your business is eligible for a Sales Tax Exemption on your energy supply purchase click here.

 Please note:

• While the program’s offered price is competitive, RAM cannot guarantee it will be the lowest price option available to you.
• Prior to enrolling, members are advised to first check that they are not currently under a long-term electricity supply contract with a third party supplier.  Enrolling in the RAM sponsored program while still under contract may result in you incurring early termination fees.
• Residential meters and meters on municipal utilities are NOT eligible for this offering.
