Many small businesses renew their health insurance in the first quarter, or early second quarter of the year. If you have already renewed, are reviewing your 2022 rates now, or may be receiving your renewal shortly, we would like to hear from you.
Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave Expiring March 15, 2022 The Massachusetts COVID-19 Temporary Emergency Paid Sick Leave requirement is set to expire on March 15th. Employers will have until April 29, 2022 to submit an application for reimbursement from the state for qualifying leave costs incurred. RAM members are advised to notify their employees of the upcoming end date of the program and to submit all outstanding reimbursement requests through MassTaxConnect in a timely manner.
